Elle fut reconstruite, fin XVIe si\u00e8cle, par la suite cette commune prit le nom de La Chapelle Neuve. En juin 1867, elle devint une commune \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re apr\u00e8s sa s\u00e9paration d&rsquo;avec Plumelin.
